Speakers: Robyn Redline, PT, DPT, Neurologic Clinical Specialist

About the Speaker:  Robyn Redline received her B.S. in Kinesiology from Penn State University in 2005 and her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Arcadia University in 2008. In 2013, Robyn became a Board Certified Neurology Clinic Specialist. She is an Assistant Professor of Physical Therapy at Saint Francis University and is pursuing a Ph.D. in Health Science at Northern Illinois University. She loves treating the neurological population and works at the George Ferris Neurohope Center. In addition, Robyn is researching stress, heart rate variability, and mental health disorders.

Course Description: The words we say can be just as important, if not more, for healing and prognosis. This course will prepare clinicians to screen for mental health disorders in PT practice and apply motor learning strategies to promote motivation and recovery in this population.
