Course Description: Kristina Dorkoski, PT, DPT, NCS, CEEAA, a Board-Certified Neurologic Clinical Specialist, Certified Exercise Expert for Aging Adults and Professor in the PT department at the University of Scranton will be providing an interactive presentation on the OPTIMAL theory of motor learning. She will be educating attendees on the importance of supportive language in patient interactions, strategies to enhance appropriate expectations from patients, and identifying ways to direct and promote and external focus on attention. A question and answer session will follow the presentation.
