Menopause Discussion Forum

6 Speakers will touch on the many aspects of how menopause impacts women's lives. Local experts in nutrition, exercise, pelvic health, mental health, osteoporosis, and OBGyne.

Speakers: 

• Katherine Scruggs, MD, is an OB-GYN with AHN Women, specializing in midlife health and menopause care. She provides comprehensive and personalized care to women, focusing on the unique needs of patients aged 40 and older.
• Karen Losego, PT DPT, is a physical therapist specializing in pelvic floor therapy, bowel and bladder dysfunction, antepartum and postpartum care, sacroiliac (SI) dysfunction, back pain, and lymphedema management.
• Dr. Ewurama Sackey, MD, is a child, adult, and reproductive/perinatal psychiatrist and the Director of Women's Behavioral Health in PBHI who skilled at diagnostic and medication management.
• Carol H. Mayfield, CRNP, is a nurse practitioner with AHN Orthopedic Institute. She specializes in osteoporosis. She is also a Provider for the Osteoporosis and Fragility Fracture Clinic providing care for bone health.
• Diana Jordan PT DPT, is the owner of STRIVE Physical Therapy LLC where she specializes in athletes and women's fitness training. She provides pelvic floor therapy at AHN
• Darren Dubyak, DC, BODY by AIM360™’s founder and Clinical Nutrition Director, has practiced holistic medicine for the past 15 years.
• Alexandra Dubyak CRNP, has practiced in the medical field for 15 years and manages patients in menopause at BODY by AIM360™
