Factors Influencing Discharge Decision-Making in Outpatient Physical Therapy and Associations With Clinician Burnout and Intent to Leave
Researchers at Tufts University are conducting a study to better understand factors that influence discharge decision-making in outpatient physical therapy, with a particular focus on perceived facilitators and barriers to discharge decisions. The study also examines clinician burnout and intent to leave the profession or current position.
Participation is expected to take approximately 20–30 minutes.
Requested research participants: Outpatient physical therapists who are 18 years of age or older.

An Exploratory Study of the Workplace Skills Competencies of Practicing Physical Therapists Based on the TTI TriMetrix DNA Assessment Tool
The purpose of this study is to describe the prevalence of competencies identified by the TTI TriMetrix DNA Assessment Tool among practicing physical therapists.
Participation involves completing the assessment tool. Participants will receive a personalized summary of their assessment results.

Teaching With Belonging in Mind: Faculty Perspectives on Inclusive Design
Research participants: Faculty in undergraduate and graduate degree programs, including faculty teaching in PT and PTA programs.
Research purpose: Faculty participation in this survey will help advance understanding of the usefulness of the Inclusive Teaching Strategies Self-Assessment and Reflection Tool. The study also seeks to increase faculty awareness and use of inclusive teaching practices.
