Call for Abstracts is Open

The APTA-Pennsylvania Practice and Research Committee invites members to submit abstracts for research studies, case reports, and special interest reports for presentation at the APTA-Pennsylvania MovePA Annual Conference Nov. 1-3. 2024 at Seven Springs Mountain Conference Center, Seven Springs, PA. Submitted abstracts will be peer reviewed for consideration for platform or poster presentations during the Conference. Researchers will also be required to record accepted abstracts for release as part of the 2025 Spring Webinar Series. Abstracts that have been submitted or presented at other conferences can be submitted for consideration for the MovePA Annual Conference.

Individuals submitting abstracts are required to strictly adhere to the posted guidelines for submission. Reviewers will closely assess for adherence to the stated criteria and standards, including formatting guidelines. Download the APTA-Pennsylvania Abstract Submission Guidelines. In addition, all submitters are strongly encouraged to review the one page handout on Tips for Preparing a Successful Abstract for their study category: Research Study, Case Report, or Special Interest Report.

The Call for Abstracts closes on Monday, May 20, 2024 at 12:00 noon (EST). All submitting parties will be notified of the outcome by Friday, August 2, 2024.
