Title: Biomechanics of the Golf Swing and Common Golf Injuries

Course Description: This course is designed to provide information on the biomechanics of the golf swing and introduce the participants to the most common injuries involved with golf.

Please note: Attendees must be sure to include their full names for attendance and certificate purposes. It is not recommended to share computers while attending a continuing education course as certificates will only be sent to the individual whose full name is shown on the participant list.

Speaker: Teodorico Heckman is currently a physical therapist with Chan Soon-Shiong Medical Center at Windber. He has worked in a variety of settings but has mainly worked in outpatient physical therapy since graduating from Saint Francis University in 2015. He has a passion for aiding people in living a life with less pain and disability as well as helping them to return to their passions. He has personally enjoyed golf and has played since high school, which led him to seek certifications in the treatment of the injured golfer from the Titleist Performance Institute.
