Course Information: This course will thoroughly explain myofascial trigger points (MTrP). Identifying and quantifying MTrPs is the beginning. Learning the referral patterns help to appreciate patient signs and symptoms. Exploring the historical and current rationale for the therapeutic interventions for myofascial trigger points will help to provide evidence-based treatment that is effective. This course is a combination of lectures, labs, and discussions of clinical cases.
