Title: Multi-District Meeting - Scoliosis Summary for Physical Therapy

Course Description: This 1-hour continuing education course provides physical therapists with a concise overview of scoliosis, focusing on its types, key 3-dimensional factors, and relevant research in physical therapy. Participants will learn about the different forms of scoliosis, including adolescent idiopathic, adult degenerative, and neuromuscular scoliosis, as well as the biomechanical implications of 3D spinal deformities. The course will highlight both historical and current evidence regarding physical therapy interventions for scoliosis, including posture correction, strengthening, and functional movement strategies. Non-Schroth-certified therapists will gain practical knowledge as well as a few easily integrated strategies for your patients.
